Survivability and Targeting Solutions (STS) is a product driven business that leverages Electronic Systems technology know-how, and will be an industry leader in product development, sales, and applications engineering. The ROKAR Product Line is headquartered in Jerusalem Israel and mission is to be the world leaders in Navigation & Guidance solutions for guided munitions, GPS Anti-Jam solutions, and self-protection systems for airborne platforms.
Accountability:
· Product Line Director and Site Executive of BAE Systems Rokar in Jerusalem Israel.
· Reporting to BAE Systems STS business area
· P&L responsibilities with a diverse portfolio, including multiple contracts and products/services/suppliers and geographic location
· General Management to include all business, technology, finance, operations, legal, Government and community relations aspects
· Accountable for an effective and efficient Product Line so that sales, profit, and sign-up objectives are achieved

· Provide leadership regarding program performance including program plans, controls, risks and opportunities management, schedule and budget
· Monitor implementation of the company's policies and processes

· Define requirements by disciplined manpower planning and forecasting and by obtaining required personnel either internal or outside hire as appropriate
Required Skills and Education
· Israeli citizenship required, position must reside in Israel
· Relevant academic education in Engineering or Business (Bachelor Degree)
· Relevant experience in a senior management position
· Business and financial understanding
· Knowledge of BAE Systems Rokar's products and markets
· Experience in working with Israeli Government and specifically the MOD
· Excellent communications skills in both Hebrew and English
· High ethical standards and awareness to quality
· Proven track record in former positions
· The required level of Israeli MOD security clearance
· Ability for frequent international travel
