The selected candidate will be responsible for filling the role of financial analyst, supporting our NAVAIR programs and other miscellaneous projects. This will be a support position for the local finance team, assisting with deliverable preparation, submission, and tracking; entry of TDL/Task revisions; opening WBS numbers in CostPoint; pulling weekly GL reports from COGNOS and reconciling that data, preparing and submitting adjusting entries as required when errors are discovered; preparing monthly financial reports on our large SCR contracts; preparing and distributing weekly personnel reports; assisting with Work Authorization Memos (WAMs) and entry of personnel into the workforce; running weekly overtime reports; and performing other related duties as assigned.
This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in the St. Mary's County Technology Corridor adjacent to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to St. Mary's County, Maryland or surrounding areas.
