Position Overview
Responsible for the successful operation of a call center. Activities may include inbound calls, outbound calls, or both. Responsibilities may include the growth and profitability of specific product lines, staffing and operations, customer services, developing and implementing product/service standards.

Responsibilities
1. Hire, develop and train new and existing associates
2. Design, develop and implement Inside Sales Team processes from raw lead to closing
3. Create a sales environment that translates to increased sales
4. Coach and counsel sales representatives
5. Design motivational contests, awards, and incentive plans
6. Perform management reporting to measure the success of the team
7. Enforce and adhere to all policies and procedures related to providing consistent, superior customer experience
8. Manage profit and loss
Education and Experience Requirements
• Bachelors degree in business field or comparable work experience
• 8+ years of successful contact center sales management experience managing a team of sales/customer service representatives
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services over the phone
• Ability to use Microsoft products
• Ability to be persuasive and overcome sales objections
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a professional manner
• Skilled in handling conflict resolution
• Ability to work independently according to procedures and policies
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
